No stranger to indulging in tribal identity politics, London Mayor Sir Sadiq Khan has claimed in an interview with The Telegraph that muslims are at the bottom when it comes to the “hierarchy of people who are trodden upon”, suggesting that his fellow co-religionists are being made to feel like “second-class citizens”.
Khan, who is on his way to the House of Lords, also took aim at those peddling narratives of civilisation clashes in modern Britain.
If truth be told, if one wanted an example of an Islamist act of public domination, perhaps the rowdy anti-blasphemy demonstrations outside Batley Grammar School after a teacher showed illustrations of the Prophet Muhammad make for a more suitable example.
While Khan’s reign as Mayor of London has been mediocre at best – especially his frequent trivialisation of the capital’s many crime-related problems – he has been the target of much anti-muslim prejudice. One apparent case of this was when Reform UK’s Lee Anderson – at the time in the Conservative Party after his defection from Labour – suggested that Khan was essentially in the pockets of islamists.
Britain, unfortunately, remains one of the best places in the world to live as a muslim – especially when one considers its “golden package” of political rights, economic freedoms, legal protections, and general social stability. It fares better than diverse European counterparts such as France, Germany, and the Netherlands on this front.
Resist comment. khan is a disgrace. He has consistently refused to address muslim gang rapes of under-aged girls. He doesn't mention the catalogue of terrorist atrocities and murders carried out by muslims. He doesn't address muslim 'honour' killings.
We repeat: islam is evil and hostile, it has not place in the UK. We look forward to the time when all muslims are repatriated to the countries of their origin where they can practice their satanic death cult of islam.
